In one of the following circumstances, the mall does not bear the responsibility for return and exchange
1. any goods not purchased from the mall.
2. Any product that causes quality problems due to improper use or improper storage by the customer.
3. Any product that exceeds the shelf life due to customer reasons.
4. There is a problem with only the gifts, and it does not affect the use or consumption of the main products.
